The Warwick site was a challenge from day one: in the heart of the live hospital, with traffic and access issues, lack of parking and constant hospital visitors - all had to be safeguarded whilst building a complex three storey volumetric building. This was made more complex by Noviniti’s financial deal with the NHS, part funded by us and part the NHS. Wordsworth managed all of these tensions with ease.
