With almost 40 years of contracting experience, we provide practical, commercially focused pre-construction, construction management and principal contractor services.

We work closely with clients, designers, contractors and supply chain partners from early feasibility through to project completion, providing clear leadership and coordination throughout the construction process. Our early involvement helps establish cost certainty, realistic programmes, effective procurement and reduced project risk. 

Principal Contractor expertise 

As an experienced Principal Contractor, we take responsibility for coordinating the construction phase, managing trade contractors and ensuring the project is planned and delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed programme and commercial objectives. 

By engaging with projects at an early stage, we help clients achieve greater commercial certainty, realistic programme planning and reduced project risk. • 13,500ft² of retail space constructed for our clients and occupied by high street retailers
• New office park comprising 301,000ft², including new road and infrastructure @ £4.5m, new urban oasis @ £7.5m, overall value £70m
