Having worked in contracting for over 35 years, we pride ourselves in the depth of knowledge and experience we have gained in both pre-construction and construction management services. We offer these services to both clients and contractors to assist in project feasibility assessment and tendering through to construction management on site.
Early project engagement gives our clients both commercial and programme certainty and the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to improve value and reduce risk. We market test these with supply chain speciaists, providing certainty of deliverability and cost.
Our contracting background enables us to provide contractors and clients a full construction service or resource support in key areas such as principal contractor duties, bid management, cost planning and control, analytical estimates, planning and logistics, design co-ordination and package procurement, providing them with the comfort that we have the experience and expertise to deliver these services to a high standard.
