New Elective Hub, Warwick Hospital

WCM was employed by Noviniti under a JCT Construction Management form of contract to act as Principal Contractor for the new Elective Hub at Warwick Hospital which comprised the construction of a new three storey building.

Mass fill foundations (no piling) formed the foundation for the installation of off-site volumetric modular construction installed using an on-site mobile crane and cladding.

As part of the new main entrance the ground floor is fitted out to include a new kitchen and restaurant, pharmacy, retail spaces, reception desk, security office and toilets. The upper floors will only be finished to a shell and core.

The retail fitout has been undertaken by others and did not form part of our work but access has been coordinated to allow the fit out to commence once the shell was completed.

Treehouse Hotel, Manchester

WCM were appointed to the project as Principal Contractor under a JCT Construction Management form of contract to complete the project after the failure of the original D&B contractor.

British Car Auctions (BCA)

WCM has delivered several projects at five locations to date for BCA on a number of critical sites and on a national basis.

Constellation Automotive Group

As part of our Construction Services offering, WCM undertook a quantity surveying role on three projects for Constellation Automotive Group at key office locations in Kings Cross, Hook and Blackbushe Airport.
