Treehouse Hotel, Manchester
WCM were appointed to the project as Principal Contractor under a JCT Construction Management form of contract to complete the project after the failure of the original D&B contractor.
The hotel is situated on Deansgate in the heart of Manchester city centre so came with its own logistical challenges to minimise disruption to the area.
The project involved the refurbishment of the former Renaissance Hotel to create the nature inspired 224-room Treehouse Hotel - the second in the UK. We completed the ground floor up to level 12, including guestrooms, Pip restaurant, meetings and event spaces, cinema and gym under Construction Management and all are delighted with the end result.
