Constellation Automotive Group

As part of our Construction Services offering, WCM undertook a quantity surveying role on three projects for Constellation Automotive Group at key office locations in Kings Cross, Hook and Blackbushe Airport.

The upgraded facilities provided high quality office space for Cinch and head office functions. 

All the projects entailed high quality fit out of existing premises to provide modern, agile and collaborative workspaces for the Group’s teams.

The modern spaces meet contemporary ways of working, with the best audio and video technology installed to maintain the Group’s successful and popular hybrid working  model.  All offices provided social hubs and breakout areas for staff with the office at Kings Cross featuring video wall, games area, theatre and executive boardroom that converts into hospitality, presentation and conference area.

Treehouse Hotel, Manchester

WCM were appointed to the project as Principal Contractor under a JCT Construction Management form of contract to complete the project after the failure of the original D&B contractor.

New Elective Hub, Warwick Hospital

WCM was employed by Noviniti under a JCT Construction Management form of contract to act as Principal Contractor for the new Elective Hub at Warwick Hospital which comprised the construction of a new three storey building.

British Car Auctions (BCA)

WCM has delivered several projects at five locations to date for BCA on a number of critical sites and on a national basis.
