WCM has delivered several projects at five locations to date for BCA on a number of critical sites and on a national basis.

WCM has delivered several projects at five locations to date for BCA on a number of critical sites and on a national basis.
Projects include several small projects at the National Import Centre for Renault (managed by a BCA import division), three automotive resale sites at Leeds, Paddock Wood and Bridgwater and a new centralised resale depot in Glasgow to service Scotland.
Projects have included new and refurbishment schemes to accommodate vehicle processing, new digital sales techniques including automated imaging, vehicle storage facilities.
Critical successes included:
- Opening the Renault facility within three months of instruction and completing the works whilst car import was at full capacity
- Management of critical ecological issues including endangered species, slow worms, newts and bats
- Completion of a time critical project to service the whole of Scotland allowing for closure and amalgamation of other sites
