Alistair McCallum - The Team

Alistair has spent over 35 years supporting customers in the construction and built environment sector.

With experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Planner and Bid Manager, he has held senior account management roles overseeing major public sector frameworks and collaborative partnerships, including Scape and the Ministry of Justice.

Passionate about helping customers deliver successful capital projects and programmes, Alistair takes a collaborative approach, working as an extension of his clients' teams to achieve the best possible outcomes, maximise value and deliver an exemplary service. He also enjoys facilitating workshops, from collaborative planning sessions to lessons learned, helping teams align around shared goals, strengthen relationships and continuously improve.

Outside work, Alistair's time is largely spent with his two young daughters and tackling an ever-growing list of DIY projects around the house. When he manages to escape to the garage, you'll usually find him restoring or repairing motorbikes and cars. Away from the smell of petrol, he's a keen runner who regularly takes part in events and never misses a Saturday Parkrun. He loves being outdoors, enjoying fresh air and finding satisfaction in fixing just about anything.
