Phil is so old he’s been in the industry for 40 years!
His background is as a QS, both in private practice and contracting and he has gained extensive pre-construction experience in recent years. Qualitative bid projects are a particular area of knowledge.
He is RICS qualified with experience covering all sectors but specifically health, education, justice, industrial, manufacturing, leisure and living.
He has lived a charmed life - or is just very lucky. He broke 7 bones, enjoyed a helicopter ride and an enforced fortnight in hospital after a climbing accident in the Alps - he is now a retired mountaineer! Still a self-confessed thrill seeker, he has refused to give up his motorbike and most weekends you will find him just about anywhere, as long as it's outside of the house.
